Marinated Beef

Ingredients

1 pound beef sirloin steak, cooked
1 medium onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream

Preparation

Slice cooked sirloin in julienne strips; mix with sliced onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle lemon juice over meat mixture and blend in sour cream. Mix well and serve cold.
