Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

4 pounds beef flank steak
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup wine vinegar

Preparation

Cut flank steak across the grain into 1 1/2 inch strips. Mix together minced garlic, vegetable oil, soy sauce and wine vinegar; marinate steak in mixture at least 6 hours, turning often. Remove steak from marinade; broil about 4 minutes on each side, or to desired degree of doneness

Yield: 10 to 12 servings
