Marinated Vegetable Bacon Bowl

Ingredients
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
pepper to taste
1/2 small head cauliflower, broken in flowerettes
1 cup cooked peas
1 can (2 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained
2-3 tablespoons crumbled cooked bacon
Preparation
Mix first 8 ingredients together thoroughly; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Stir in bacon bits just before serving.
