Ingredients

1 recipe Danish Frickadeller
oil for frying
3 cups Chalet Sauce
or 3 cups Horseradish Sauce

Preparation

Prepare Danish Frickadeller, forming mixture into 1 inch balls. Deep-fry in hot oil until well-browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Keep warm. Prepare Chalet Sauce or Horseradish Sauce; pour over hot meatballs in serving dish. Serve immediately.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
