Melon Ring Salad Plate

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 teaspoon mace
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ground walnuts or pecans
12 fresh plums
6 fresh peaches
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 cantaloupe, honey dew or casaba melon

Preparation

Mix sour cream, coconut and mace together until well-blended; chill. Cut cream cheese into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion to form a ball; roll in ground nuts. Chill. Slice plums and peaches; sugar grapes; chill. Slice melon into 6 rings; peel and scoop out each ring. Place 1 melon ring on each plate. Arrange chilled cream cheese balls and chilled fruits on melon ring. Serve with chilled sour cream dressing.
