Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Roberts Milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash white pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper together in a saucepan. Heat very slowly, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes, or until warm. Stir in lemon juice and peel.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups

Notes:

Serve with cooked artichokes, asparagus, broccoli or poached fish.
