Neptune's Casserole

Ingredients

1/4 cup Roberts Butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups Roberts Milk
salt and pepper to taste
3 Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked
1 can (4 1/2 ounce) shrimp
1 can (6 1/2 ounce) tuna
1 can (3 ounce) sliced mushrooms
1 can (7 1/2 ounce) crab meat, drained and flaked
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, melted

Preparation

Make a white sauce, using 1/4 cup butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Slice hard-cooked eggs and place on the bottom of a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Cut each shrimp in half; distribute over egg slices. Cover with about one-fourth of sauce. Add layers of drained, flaked tuna, one-fourth of sauce, mushrooms, one-fourth of sauce, crab meat and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Mix together bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
