No-Bake Goodies

Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
6 tablespoons Roberts Margarine, melted
2 cups chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts
1 jar (12 ounce) chunk-style peanut butter
2 cups chocolate chips
1 square (2 x 2 x 1/2 inch) paraffin

Preparation

Mix together powdered sugar, melted margarine, chopped dates, chopped nuts and peanut butter; blend thoroughly. Roll mixture into balls about the size of large marbles; chill. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin together in the top of a double boiler, stirring often. Dip each chilled ball into chocolate coating; place on waxed paper to harden. Store in a cool place.
