No-Bake Oat-Fudge Cookies

Ingredients
2-1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup Roberts 2% Milk
1/4 cup Roberts Butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
In a bowl, combine oats and coconut; set aside. In a saucepan, combine milk and butter. Stir in sugar and cocoa; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add oat mixture, stirring constantly; cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 1 in. apart onto waxed paper. Cool.
Yield: About 3 dozen
