Noodles Roberto

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed basil
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/3 cup boiling water
4-5 cups uncooked thin noodles
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Combine 1/4 cup butter, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and crushed basil; blend in cottage cheese until smooth. Stir in boiling water until well-blended; cover. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Saute minced garlic in remaining butter for 1 to 2 minutes; pour over noodles. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over noodles and toss lightly. Place noodles on a warm platter; pour warm cottage cheese sauce over noodles; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
