Noodles with Sour Cream

Ingredients
6 cups uncooked spinach noodles
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Roberts Milk
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
Preparation
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender, about 8 minutes; drain. Add seasonings, milk and chopped onion to sour cream and heat just until warmed through. Fold sour cream mixture into hot noodles and serve immediately. Delicious served with meat, poultry or fish.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
