Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

1 Roberts Egg, beaten
1 cup Roberts Buttermilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

Blend beaten egg, buttermilk and vegetable oil together. Combine dry ingredients and sugar; add to buttermilk mixture, blending just to combine ingredients. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto a lightly buttered preheated griddle or skillet; cook until bubbly. Turn and brown other side.
