Orange-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 pork loin chops
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup Roberts Orange Juice

Preparation

Trim excess fat from chops. In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in butter; season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer 50 minutes, or until tender. During last 15 minutes, baste chops with sauce and uncover to allow sauce to thicken.

Yield: 4 servings
