Orange Sponge Delight

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
1 tablespoon freshly grated orange rind
2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon rind
2 Roberts Eggs, separated
3 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup Roberts Orange Juice
1 cup Roberts Milk
Preparation
Cream together sugar, butter, grated orange and lemon rind; add egg yolks and beat well. Stir in flour alternately with orange juice and milk. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry; fold into egg yolk mixture. Pour batter into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place baking dish in a shallow pan filled with water to a depth of 1 inch. Bake at 350° about 1 hour, or until set.
