Oriental Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons garlic-flavored wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
6-7 pounds pork spareribs
Preparation
Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sugar, ginger, beef broth and minced garlic. Marinate spareribs in mixture at least 2 hours, turning frequently. Drain and reserve marinade. Place ribs on a rack in shallow roasting pan or on broiler pan; broil 9 inches from heat, turning until browned on all sides; drain. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours, basting frequently with marinade. Cut into serving-size pieces; serve immediately.
