Oyster Stew

Ingredients

1 pint (2 cups) oysters
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Roberts Butter
1 quart (4 cups) Roberts
Half and Half
paprika

Preparation

Place oysters, strained oyster liquid, salt and pepper in a saucepan; simmer gently until oysters begin to curl at edges. Heat butter and half and half in a separate pan slowly to avoid scorching; stir into oysters; sprinkle with paprika and serve at once.

Yield: 6 servings
