Pan-Dandies

Ingredients
6 Roberts Eggs
2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Roberts Margarine
1 tablespoon Roberts Butter
powdered sugar
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, flour, salt and margarine; beat until well-blended. Melt butter in skillet; pour about 1/4 cup mixture into skillet. Cook as for pancakes, turning carefully. Repeat with remaining batter. Sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar before serving.
