Party Potatoes

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
8 ounces cream cheese
6 cups mashed potatoes
paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chopped chives
1 1/2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
garlic or onion salt, optional

Preparation

Combine sour cream and cream cheese; add mashed potatoes and mix well. Place in a buttered 2 quart baking dish; sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley or chopped chives. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. If desired, garlic or onion salt may be added to potato mixture. Party Potatoes may be prepared ahead and refrigerated or frozen before baking. (Allow additional baking time for frozen potatoes.)
