Pecan Puffs

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cake flour, sifted
1 cup chopped pecans powdered sugar

Preparation

Cream butter and granulated sugar together well; add vanilla extract; gradually add flour and chopped pecans. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and place on buttered baking sheets. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes; immediately roll in powdered sugar. Cool; roll a second time in powdered sugar.

Yield: 2 dozen
