Perfect Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon syrup from sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish syrup, prepared mustard, salt and pepper. Add any other seasonings you may desire. Force through pastry tube or mound with a spoon into egg whites. Garnish appropriately. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce.

Notes:
Individualize your Perfect Deviled Eggs by adding anchovies, cooked and crumbled bacon, grated cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, crushed herbs, horseradish, chopped green or ripe olives, chopped nuts, chopped onion, chopped parsley or flaked seafood.
