Ingredients
6-8 medium pork chops
1/4 cup seasoned flour
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of celery soup
1/4 teaspoon fine herbs
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour; brown slowly on both sides in butter. Place meat in an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Blend sour cream with celery soup and pour over meat; sprinkle with fine herbs, dill, parsley flakes and paprika. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until tender.Recipe Contributed By: Mrs. Ed C.
