Ingredients
4 large leaves lettuce
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen tiny peas
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
Preparation
Line a heavy skillet with 3 lettuce leaves; add frozen peas and sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Dot with butter and top with remaining lettuce leaf. Cover with tight-fitting lid and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Separate peas with a fork and cook 8 minutes longer, or until peas are tender.
