Pimento Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
3-4 pimentos
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Cream butter well. Drain pimentos, rinse in cold water and dry thoroughly. Force pimentos through a sieve or grinder and mix pulp with butter. Stir in salt. Use for beef and cheese sandwiches and as a canape spread.

Yield: 1/2 cup
