Pineapple Flambe

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups diced fresh pineapple
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1 quart Roberts Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation

Combine marmalade, corn syrup and brown sugar in chafing dish; stir in pineapple and heat until warm. Heat orange liqueur in small saucepan; ignite and pour over pineapple mixture. Serve over large scoops of ice cream.
