Ingredients
1 cup sifted flour
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup dry instant whole wheat cereal
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Roberts Egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can (8 1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple
Preparation
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; blend in dry wheat cereal and brown sugar. Beat egg and add vegetable oil and undrained pineapple; combine with dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened. Fill buttered muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until nicely browned.
