Pizza Strata

Ingredients
8 slices white bread
Roberts Butter
cold cuts, as desired
4 ounces Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 tomato, peeled and thinly sliced or 1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons diced green pepper
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 Roberts Eggs
1 cup Roberts Milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Preparation
Trim crusts from bread slices; lightly butter 1 side. Place 4 slices, buttered side up, in a well-buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Add layers of sliced cold cuts (salami, frankfurters, ham, dried beef, leftover beef or chicken), Mozzarella cheese, tomato slices or catsup, green pepper and minced onion. Top with remaining bread slices. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and oregano; pour over all. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center tests clean. Serve immediately.
