Pork Chops Supreme

Ingredients
4-6 large pork chops
4-6 slices onion
4-6 slices fresh lemon
4-6 tablespoons catsup
1/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Place pork chops in an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Top each with 1 slice onion, 1 slice lemon and 1 tablespoon catsup; sprinkle generously with brown sugar. Cover and bake at 325° for 45 minutes, or until almost tender. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, or until tender.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
