Pork with Noodles

Ingredients

1 pound pork blade steak, cubed
1 tablespoon Roberts Butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup cooked noodles
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) tomato soup
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Brown pork cubes in butter; drain and add chopped onion, diced celery and hot water. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes, or until pork is tender. Add cooked noodles and tomato soup; bring to a boil. Pour half of the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish; sprinkle with half of shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
