Porky Avocado Dip

Ingredients

8 ounces Farmer Frank's Pork Sausage
1 cup mashed avocado
1/2 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/3 cup Roberts Orange Juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Cook sausage, breaking it into small particles. Drain sausage well on absorbent paper. In saucepan, combine avocado, sour cream, orange juice, lemon juice and salt. Add sausage; heat. Serve warm. Garnish with lemon twist and additional cooked sausage.

Yield: 2 cups
