Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Milk or hot coffee
2 Roberts Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips
salt to taste
Sweetened Whipped Cream
chocolate curls

Preparation

If using milk, pour into saucepan and scald. Place hot milk or coffee, eggs, vanilla extract, chocolate chips and salt in a blender; process at low speed about 1 minute. Pour mixture into pot de creme or custard cups; chill at least 4 hours. Serve garnished with Sweetened Whipped Cream and chocolate curls.
