Pumpkin Pie Imperial

Ingredients

3 Roberts Eggs 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin 1 1/2 cups Roberts Half and Half 1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring 1-9 inch unbaked crust 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts Maple Topping

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; mix with brown sugar, salt, spices and pumpkin. Place half and half and maple flavoring in a saucepan; scald. Stir half and half mixture into pumpkin mixture until well-blended. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust; sprinkle nuts evenly over top. Bake at 400 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge of filling tests clean. Cool; serve with Maple Topping. (Keep refrigerated.)

Yield: one 9 inch pie
