Pumpkin Pie Squares

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Roberts Butter
2 cups pumpkin (or cooked squash)
1 carton (13 1/2 ounce) Roberts Whipping Cream
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter

Preparation

Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter in a mixing bowl until crumbly, press in a 13x9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine pumpkin (or squash) whipping cream, eggs sugar, salt and spices; beat well. Pour on crust and bake 20 minutes. Mix nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter; sprinkle on pumpkin and bake 15-20 minutes or until filling is set. This is a family favorite.
