Quick Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups cooked vegetables
3-4 slices American or Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Drain water from cooked vegetables; place slices of cheese directly on top of vegetables. Cover pan and remove from heat. Allow to set while cheese melts. Especially good on cooked cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower.
