Quick Corn Relish

Ingredients

3/4 cup drained cooked corn
2 teaspoons chopped pimento
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Preparation

Combine ingredients and simmer, covered, about 10 minutes. Refrigerate.

Yield: about 1 cup
