Ingredients

French Pastry 2/3 cup fruit preserves Almond Glaze

Preparation

Prepare French Pastry. Roll dough to a 10 inch circle; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread preserves on half of circle to within 1/2 inch of edge. Fold dough over filling and seal edges together with a fork. Cut several slits in top. Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. While still warm, spoon Almond Glaze over turnover; serve warm.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
