Quick Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients
1 package (3 3/4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
3/4 cup Roberts Milk 3/4 cup prepared mincemeat
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-9 inch baked crust
Preparation
Combine dry pudding and pie filling mix and milk; beat on low speed of electric mixer until thickened. Stir in mincemeat, blending well. Using clean chilled beaters, whip whipping cream until soft peaks form, gradually adding sugar and vanilla extract; continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Fold half of whipped cream into the mincemeat mixture; spoon into baked pie crust. Chill. Serve topped with remaining whipped cream. (Keep refrigerated.)
