Quick Onion Gravy

Preparation

Saute 1 small onion, sliced, and 1 clove garlic, minced, in 3 tablespoons Roberts Butter until tender. Stir in 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) golden mushroom soup and 1/2 cup water. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve over beef patties or sliced cooked beef or pork.

Yield: 2 cups
