Raw Radish Dip

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 cup chopped radishes

Preparation

Blend cream cheese with lemon juice, dill, salt and garlic. Add chopped radishes and stir until blended. Cover; chill at least 2 hours.

Yield: 2 cups
