Rice Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice
1 package (10 ounce) frozen chopped broccoli or spinach
1 Roberts Egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
12 ounces grated pasteurized process cheese spread
salt to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Place in a lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart baking pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
