Roast Cornish Game Hens

Ingredients

4 Cornish game hens
salt
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, melted

Preparation

Dry hens well; season inside and out with salt. Place hens on a rack in roaster and brush with melted butter. Roast at 350° for 1 to 1/2 hours, brushing often with melted butter. (Drumstick-thigh joint moves easily when hens are done.)

Yield: 4 servings
