Ingredients
1 bag (16 ounce)frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint (8 ounce) Roberts Sour Cream
1/2 cup Roberts 2 % Milk
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips or corn flakes
Preparation
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9x12 inch baking pan. Add half of potatoes. Pour over one half combined soup, sour cream, milk and garlic powder. Top with one half cheese and onion mixture and remaining 1/4 cup butter. Repeat with other half of ingredients. Top casserole with the crushed potato chips or corn flakes. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
