Ingredients
8 ounces Roquefort cheese, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Roberts Half and Half
2 1/2 teaspoons finely minced onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
40 canape rounds or crackers
Preparation
Mix cheeses together well, using half and half to thin to spreading consistency. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Spread on canape rounds or crackers.
Yield: 40
For best results with canapes, spread bases with topping just before serving. Canapes prepared too far in advance can dry out and lose their appeal.
