Roquefort Spread

Ingredients

6 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Soften cream cheese; blend in mayonnaise. Stir in Roquefort cheese and nuts.

Yield: 2 cups
