Ingredients
2 packages (3 ounces each) strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 package (10 ounce) frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1 can (8 1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream chopped pecans, optional
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add strawberries and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in drained pineapple, sour cream and pecans, if desired; mix thoroughly. Pour into a 5 cup mold or an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Chill until firm.
