Royal Rice

Ingredients
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
1/2 cup uncooked long grain white rice
6-8 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Place beef broth and rice in a saucepan; cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 14 minutes without stirring. (If rice is not quite tender, cook 2 to 6 minutes longer.) Saute chopped green onion and mushrooms in butter until onion is tender; add hot rice and salt. Fluff lightly with a fork or slotted spoon.
Yield: 6 servings
