Salmon-Caviar Teasers

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
32 slices cocktail rye bread
8 ounces smoked salmon
1/4 cup caviar

Preparation

Blend butter and horseradish together; spread mixture on bread. Cut salmon into 32 pieces and place 1 atop each bread slice. Garnish with caviar.

Yield: 32

Notes:

To cook scallops, add scallops to 2 cups boiling water in saucepan. Cover; reduce heat; simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
