Sardine Sandwich Filling

Ingredients

2 cans (3 3/4 ounces each) sardines
2 Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

Drain sardines and break into pieces. Chop hard-cooked eggs. Mix all ingredients together well and chill.

Yield: 2/3 cups
