Sashimi Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon prepared
horseradish
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation

Combine soy sauce, prepared horseradish, sugar and dry mustard, stirring until well-blended.

Yield: 1/2 cup

Notes:

Serve with oriental dishes.
