Sauerkraut Relish

Ingredients

2 cups sauerkraut
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced green pepper
1/2 cup sliced pimento
1/4 cup chopped onion, optional

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill at least 12 hours.

Yield: 10 to 12 servings
