Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Italian sausage
2 large green peppers
4 medium potatoes
1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Break up sausage and spread in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes; drain. Dice green peppers and potatoes; add to sausage. Combine tomato sauce, water, oregano, salt and pepper; pour over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve Sausage and Peppers with tossed green salad and garlic bread.
